Delivery of Goods

Customer must take delivery of goods within fourteen (14) days notice from Uncommon Studio. In the event of failure to receive goods, Uncommon Studio reserves the right to dispose of the goods without prior notice. Any payment made will be deemed as compensation to Uncommon Studio for liquidated damages due to failure to take delivery of goods. Thereafter neither party has any further obligation to discharge to each other.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours and there will be a subsequent estimated lead time of 15-20 business days as all furniture pieces are custom made, in-house.

Uncommon Studio will only commit to “estimated date of arrival” to customer. In the event such dates are inaccurate due to some unforeseen circumstances, Uncommon Studio will not be liable to customer for any liquidated, incidental or consequential damages and/or remedies whatsoever.

All deliveries shall be arranged at the earliest available delivery date/time.

1. First Delivery

Standard Delivery

FOC subject to minimum purchase of $600.

Non Standard Delivery

Where item(s) has to be carried more than 3 floors via stairs, additional labour charges will be applied.

1. Subsequent Delivery(ies)

Customer’s failure to receive goods for the first delivery will be charged at prevailing rates.

1. Labour Charges

Chargeable at prevailing rates.

Changes of Delivery Date by Customer

Customer must notify Uncommon Studio minimum two (3) working days in advance in the event of any desire to change delivery date/time.

Inspection of Goods

Onus is on customer to inspect goods delivered. Any claim(s) of short delivery and/or damaged goods must be made in writing within seven (7) days from delivery date.

Receiving of Goods by Third Party

All instructions for delivery to a third part must be in writing. Uncommon Studio will deem such deliveries as if it had delivered to customer. Acknowledgement of such delivery by the third party will fully discharge Uncommon Studio’s obligation.

Returns

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.

  • Goods ordered and/or sold are non-exchangeable, non-refundable unless approved by Uncommon Studio

  • ALL sale and clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Warranty is not applicable.

  • Exchanges are not applicable to custom or special order furniture.

 RETURNS

  • Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Onus is on customer to inspect goods delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings.

  • All returned items must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact, whichever applicable.

  • Returns are not applicable to custom or special order furniture.
